A. MCA headquarters is located at 30 Greenway NW, Suite 2, Glen Burnie, MD. The facility is in close proximity to Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport and is conveniently accessible from I-95, I-97 and I-32, providing a desirable location with regional access to the Mid-Atlantic.
Q. What steps must an employee take when transitioning from college to Mckenzie Christopher Associates?
A. MCA has a mentor program which eases the new hire into the corporate world and explains the MCA resources available to them for a successful career. New employees will find that MCA staff is eager for them to come up to speed. MCA staff realizes that doing so will be beneficial to the employees and company's success. Also, monthly reviews are utilized to help new employees get up to speed and help them to comfortable with the work ethic and corporate culture.
